(More customer reviews)I just required my entire battery section to buy these pads after trying one. The biggest advantages are that you can practice buzz rolls, rim shots, and it feels more like a Kevlar head than any gum rubber pad. I like them because I can hear every little articulation when our battery is inside, so we are more productive when we can't get on the drums. Also, the ability to customize the graphics under the head got my kids excited about practicing.
I highly recommend these pads for any level marching group!
